Stand up for mental health

One in five Canadians will personally deal with a mental illness in their lifetime. And 100 per cent of us will be affected collaterally through family, friends, peers and others. Students are a huge part of that demographic. Using stand-up comedy to break down the stigma around mental illness, Stand Up For Mental Health (SMH) brings its own brand of inspired insanity to McGill with two free shows on Oct 7.
