The Advancing Indigenous Knowledge and Education Initiative aims to support educational experiences for Indigenous students beyond the classroom and expand learning opportunities for the entire McGill community.

New plan aims to improve access, safety and community while transforming First Peoples’ House  

New Faculty of Arts institute anchors Indigenous research and language reclamation; will facilitate eventual introduction of Indigenous Studies degree programs 

The group will work to further advance Indigenous representation and reconciliation at McGill 

Program covers tuition for eligible students while strengthening partnerships with Indigenous communities
