On March 31, Dr. Frances Westley will speak on at the McGill School of Environment’s Annual Environment Public Lecture at New Residence Hall (3625 Ave du Parc). Dr. Westley is a renowned scholar and consultant in the areas of social innovation, strategies for sustainable development, strategic change, visionary leadership and inter-organizational collaboration. She holds the J.W.
