On Friday, Sept. 18, Indigenous Awareness Week kicked off in style, with the 14th annual Pow Wow on Lower Campus. Mid-summer temperatures and a full slate of dancers, singers and musicians attracted a large crowd throughout the day. Kiosks ringed lower field and people were able to browse artisan vendors, learn about student groups, and connect with Indigenous organizations.
