Personnel policies and procedures in new online Administrative Handbook

A recent project has been geared toward decentralizing the maintenance of content residing on the Administrative Handbook website. The Administrative Handbook was converted to a portal and the content was moved to the sites of the units responsible for maintenance of their policies. This will simplify the maintenance process, allow for more timely updates and provide greater clarity in finding different policies.
