Again this year, HR’s Organizational Development team celebrated its largest cohort of 51 LDP graduates. Divided in three streams – supervisors, change agents and academic advisors – this year’s group brings the number of graduates to 300 since the program’s inception nine years ago. McGill’s Principal was also present to toast the graduates.
According to Johanne Houle, Director Organizational Development, this program is attracting more and more participants who are eager to learn from experts and from each other. “This program has virtually become a ‘learning lab’ where participants discover and experiment together. Much of the program is about building confidence, skills, community and overall institutional capacity.”
