Martlets seek to push streak to triple digits

The McGill Hockey Martlets can reach the centennial mark in consecutive wins when they visit the Montreal Carabins (8-7-2) at the CEPSUM Arena tomorrow night ( Feb. 18). The puck drops at 7. p.m. The team pushed won its 99th straightgame against Quebec University Hockey League opponents with a 10-0 dismantling of Ottawa at McConnell Arena last Saturday.

The McGill Hockey Martlets can reach the centennial mark in consecutive wins when they visit the Montreal Carabins (8-7-2)  at the CEPSUM Arena tomorrow night ( Feb. 18). The puck drops at 7. p.m. The team won its 99th straight game against Quebec University Hockey League opponents with a 10-0 dismantling of Ottawa at McConnell Arena last Saturday. Forward Caroline Hill tied a school record by notching seven points in that game, including four goals.  The win pushed the No. 1-ranked Martlets’ regular season to 18-0. They wrap up regular season play at home on Saturday against Concordia. That contest gets underway at 2 p.m.  The Martlets will begin a QUHL semi-final series at home on Wed., Feb. 23.
