Members of the McGill community are invited to participate in Vision 2020’s upcoming “category jam” on operations. This is a key opportunity to shape McGill’s emerging Sustainability Strategy, as we move from Vision and Goals toward identifying the concrete actions we expect to take over the next five years. During the three-hour facilitated session, we will use a backcasting approach to identify five-year actions that will take us toward our vision and goals and explore how partners can work together to best implement actions identified. The event takes place on Wednesday, March 13, from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m., in Room 1110 at 1010 Sherbrooke St. Please RSVP to ensure there is sufficient space in the room to accommodate all participants.
