On June 17, 2014, the University signed two agreements with MUNACA, the first concerning the methodology to be used to make corrections to the payments that were made last February. The second agreement was to confirm the application of the June 1, 2014 salary increases to MUNACA members who now see their salary scale maximums different from the ones in the collective agreement following pay equity adjustments made earlier this year.
Discussions continue with AMURE on the same topics. There is a general agreement on the methodology to be used but there are still some special cases to be resolved.
Academics, Ms and SEU
All payments were made to academics, M level employees and SEU who were entitled to pay equity adjustments.
AMUSE casuals who were in full-time replacement positions of MUNACA members between June 2012 and today will receive a salary adjustment if the minimum rate of the PED (Pay Equity Description) changed due to pay equity.
