Come celebrate the sugaring-off season with McGill Student Housing and Hospitality Services’ annual Cabane à sucre Local Food Days. From April 7-10, enjoy taffy on snow, pudding chômeur, maple-glazed, all-natural pork loin, and so much more in the Residence Dining Halls and some on-campus cafés. Certified Local Food Plus Maple Products from La Sucrerie Belle-Rivière will also be on sale, including artisanal maple syrup, maple chocolates, and maple butter.
