On June 16, McGill Student Housing and Hospitality Services opened its new integrated service centre, a one-stop shop for Residences and Student Housing, Meal plans and Off Campus Housing, located in Service Point.
Services offered by Student Housing and Dining front-line staff include in-person, email and phone inquiries concerning:
– Residence admissions for undergraduate and graduate
– Hall and Room change requests
– Meal plan inquiries
– Off Campus Housing information
“Having the Student Housing and Dining Services team at Service Point and in the Welcome Centre really enhances the overall suite of front-line services at that location for prospective students, applicants, parents, and to current students. It just makes so much sense for us to be there,” says Janice Johnson, Managing Director, Residence Life and Customer Relations.
