Stressed out about exams? Take a deep breath and relax

The exam period tends to be a time of intense stress and also a time when many resources are no longer offered. To respond to this period, the Counselling Service is re-launching an initiative to have de-stress activities scheduled on every exam day (Monday, April 14 to Tuesday, April 29) at 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., every exam day, including therapy dogs, yoga and guided relaxation.

To respond to this period, the Counselling Service is re-launching an initiative to have de-stress activities scheduled on every exam day (Monday, April 14 to Tuesday, April 29) at 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., every exam day, including:

Therapy dogs: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Brown Building Lobby

Yoga: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Lev Bukhman room, SSMU

Guided relaxation: 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Brown Building 4200.

No registration is required.
