Sept. 25: Science and Public Policy

The Trottier Institute for Science and Public Policy will include presentations on their activities by the three Trottier Fellows and he three new Fellows.

The Trottier Institute for Science and Public Policy encourages McGill researchers to ensure that their findings have an effect on public policy. The Institute’s inaugural Symposium will include presentations on their activities by the three Trottier Fellows, Professors Elena Bennett (School of Environment and Natural Resource Sciences), Lea Berrang Ford (Geography) and Catherine Potvin (Biology); the three new Fellows, Professors Jeff Mackenzie (Earth & Planetary Sciences), Tony Ricciardi (School of Environment and Redpath Museum) and Nancy Ross (Geography); and a Panel Discussion on issues linking science and public policy.
