A recent project has been geared toward decentralizing the maintenance of content residing on the Administrative Handbook website. The Administrative Handbook was converted to a portal and the content was moved to the sites of the units responsible for maintenance of their policies. This will simplify the maintenance process, allow for more timely updates and provide greater clarity in finding different policies.
The Personnel policies and procedures can be found here or you can access them directly on the HR website. This includes personnel policies aimed at “all staff,” for example benefits and pensions, which concern academics as well.
