Oct. 18 : McGill Engineering Research Showcase (MERS)

The inaugural MERS is a showcase and celebration of our Engineering graduate student research and in addition it is a forum for industry to connect with our graduate students and faculty.

The inaugural MERS is a showcase and celebration of our Engineering graduate student research and in addition it is a forum for industry to connect with our graduate students and faculty.

On Friday, Oct. 18, from 3 – 6 p.m., in the lobby of the McConnell Engineering Building, people are invited to come and learn more about the innovative research taking place at McGill Engineering in the areas of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology, Aerospace Engineering, Bioengineering, Broadband Communications, Sustainability in Engineering and Design from the Faculty’s PhD and Master’s students. People will also learn about the Research Institutes and Centres within the Faculty; and graduate funding programs available from the Faculty, as well as from NSERC and Mitacs.
