Pérez, the Artistic Director of Berklee College’s Global Jazz Institute coaches Schulich jazz students in a free public masterclass at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 18, in Tanna Schulich Hall. Prepare yourself for a Latin-inspired evening on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 7:30 p.m. Pérez takes the Pollack Hall stage with the McGill Jazz Orchestra I led by Joe Sullivan as part of the Schulich en concert series.
