Medical student Adam Hart was named one of three winners of the Personality Award – Undergraduate Avenir at last night’s Forces AVENIR Gala in Quebec City. Described as by Forces Avenirs organizers as “inventive, curious, blessed with an enterprising drive and always on the lookout for new ideas where he could put his talents to good use,” Hart hopes to combine his engineering background and his training in medicine to invent orthopaedic devices.
Forces AVENIR aims to recognize, honour and promote the commitment of young people in projects which enrich knowledge, arouse the desire for success and for surpassing oneself, encourage the development of community thinking and thus contribute to the development of socially conscious, active and responsible citizens who are both dedicated to their community and open to the world.
