After reading the article in the Gazette this week and I would like to volunteer to be part of the program, I’m 25 years old, male, 5,7′, 250 pounds, half Asian, half Quebecois. I don’t consider myself as obese but I know that I’m overweight. I would like to learn more about getting healthier because I’m short of breath when walking.
There is heart disease, diabetis and cholesterol in my family history.
Thanks for considering my request.
Regards,
Anthony
