Where else could you get this lunch (and watch the chef prepare it, too)? – cod loin en papillote; fresh tomato, avocado and mango salsa; wild rice salad; chocolate chip and cranberry cookies. Presented by McGill’s Health & Wellbeing Program, Chef Oliver de Volpi of McGill’s Food & Dining Services will demonstrate how to cook this simple, tasty and healthy meal. Please note there is a $10 fee for this session, which must be paid by Thursday, Feb. 28.
