Everyone is invited to take part in this family-friendly bike trip exploring the fossils and rocks, architecture, and secret spots in Montreal's building stones.

On Sunday, July 14, from 4-8:30 p.m., everyone is invited to take part in this family-friendly bike trip exploring the fossils and rocks, architecture, and secret spots in Montreal’s building stones.

The tour starts with ancient fossils at the Redpath Museum, travels west along Sherbrooke St. to the Sulpicians’ reflecting pool at the Grand Séminaire, heads up the old Indian trail on Côte St. Antoine Rd. that leads to Leonard Cohen’s boyhood home, glides downhill through the Glen to McAuslan Brewery for refreshments and ends with the ghosts of Griffintown. Cyclists only. In English.

Fee: $25 regular, $15 students/seniors, $10 child 12 years and over. Register in advance by calling 514-398-4094. Fee includes tour booklet, beer tasting, and market-fresh cheese and fruit.
