On Jan. 20, as part of the 2014 Canada Council Killam Prize Lecture Series, Dr. Lorne A. Babiuk, a world leader in the study of vaccines and a global authority in infectious diseases, will describe new formulations and vaccine delivery methods that can further reduce mortality and even increase food security in developing countries.

Dr. Lorne A. Babiuk, the 2013 Killam Prize Winner in Health Sciences, is a world leader in the study of vaccines and is a global authority in infectious diseases, particularly virology, immunology and vaccine delivery.

As part of the 2014 Canada Council Killam Prize Lecture Series, Dr. Babiuk will describe new formulations and vaccine delivery methods that can further reduce mortality and even increase food security in developing countries. A reception will follow. Admission is free.
