On Feb. 8, from 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m., come cheer on McGill chefs as they take on UMass, U of Ottawa and U of Toronto, in the first ever Inter-University Iron Chef Competition. Celebrity judges Jonathan Garnier of La Guilde Culinaire, Juliette Brun of Juliette & Chocolat and Dr. Joe Schwarcz of McGill will crown the creative geniuses of the first inter-university battle of knives and cutting boards.
