Delivery times for campus, McTavish St. haven't changed

With McTavish Street reopened following work to replace sewers and water mains last summer and fall, it's important to remember that deliveries there, as well as to the lower downtown campus in general, should be scheduled to occur between 7 and 11 a.m., Monday to Friday.

With McTavish Street reopened following work to replace sewers and water mains last summer and fall, it’s important to remember that deliveries there, as well as to the lower downtown campus in general, should be scheduled to occur between 7 and 11 a.m., Monday to Friday.

The street, which is a City of Montreal-designated pedestrian zone, is closed to vehicular traffic, north of the Bookstore, at all other times.

Since the street was reopened before the Christmas holiday break, there have been a number of incidents of vehicles trying to make their way onto the street after the 11 a.m. deadline.

New bollards at the southern end of the street will be installed in the near future.
