As part of their Travel Management Program and airline agreements, Procurement Services is pleased to distribute on a one-time basis, complimentary lounge passes offered by both Air Canada and WestJet to McGill travelers. To take advantage of this limited time offer you must purchase your ticket either through one of the two preferred travel agencies or through the online booking option (Air Canada flights only). Learn more here. Upon purchase of your ticket with either of the two agencies, you will be advised of the procedure when your e-ticket is sent to you. If you book online through the designated Air Canada website (one time registration is required first), email Gloria.bachar@mcgill.ca with a copy of your e-ticket to request your pass.
