April 26: Boost Your Health and take a hike (up Mount Royal)

Spring is finally here (or so we’re being told). Why not take advantage of the (slightly) warmer weather with a lunchtime walk on Mount Royal? The Health and Wellbeing team is organizing a walk up Mount Royal on Friday, April 26, starting at 12:15 p.m. sharp from the McTavish Gates, or 10 minutes later at the corner of Peel and Pine.

Experts say we should get 30 minutes of brisk exercise at least five days a week, and that being part of a group can give you just the motivation you need.
