McTavish-back-hoeWork by the City of Montreal to replace sewer and water lines under McTavish Street will continue well into October. During this time, the construction zone will remain from Sherbrooke Street to Dr. Penfield Avenue with both east and west sidewalks accessible to pedestrians as well as all building entrances and Service Point. With the beginning of the new school year, we invite the community members to respect and obey the construction signage and to be vigilant when crossing McTavish Street at the designated zones.

A few activities have been affected by this work. Among them: the cancellation of Street Fest and the relocation of the Farmer’s Market from McTavish Street to a location on the lower campus to be announced shortly. For more information, click here.
